Elf

Details

Elves were the first Mortal creations made by the Vaelorian Pantheon. They boast the longest natural lifespan of Humanoid Mortals and are known for their lithe frame and pointed features; nose and ears in particular.

It is to be believed that Whymselon, The Spark of Inspiration; inspired by the Fey creatures of the Feywild, created the Elves loosely in their own image. Whilst Whymselon had created them first in the Feywild - some Elves would soon travel to Vaelorys of their own accord. The Elves that stayed behind would become known as Eladrin. Conversely Elves that were influenced by the Shadowfell are known as Shadar-Kai and Elves influenced by Vorachne are referred to as Drow.

Those with Human and Elvish parents are typically referred to as Half-Elf and tend to adopt one of their parental traits more than the other - but are regularly social outcasts from both of their parental societies.
