Selenephoe, The Night's Opal
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Selenephoe, The Night’s Opal (SELL-ENN-OH-PHEE) is the God of Moonlight, Autumn, and Lovers, and is a member of the Archon. She rules over all 3 of Vaelorys’ moons but is most commonly associated with Lunae due it’s scale - due to this she also has a connection to the Tides.
Her followers are largely connected to those with Fey roots but many who work in secrets or illusion also seek her blessing.

Churches
Section titled “Churches”She arrived to Vaelorys with an animal companion; large feline cat named Cynthaea
Cynthaea died during The Fracture - killed by Sophira, The Springdancer who was tricked by her older sisters Vorachne and Avaracia; sending Selenephoe into a depression. For many months; no moon shone in the skies of the Material Plane or Feywild.
Sophira - in an attempt to cheer up Selenephoe - unknowingly summoned The Seeker to the Feywild with a dance. The Seeker reminded Sophira, The Springdancer of Cynthaea, and she healed it’s wounds as best she could; herself wounded from the recent wars.
However Selenephoe had closed herself off to everyone - still grief-stricken over Cynthaea’s death.
Suddenly, Cynthe appeared in the night sky (dimmer than Lunae) - the remnant spirit of Cynthaea coalesced into a moon. Selenephoe recovered her will and Lunae returned to the night’s skies as well.
