Section titled “Details”The Elder One is the Original God Of Death that settled the planet that would be known as Vaelorys.
They played a paternal role for the other Gods until one day; they vanished from existence with little warning.
Their disappearance ultimately led to The Fracture; creating the Archon and Illchor.
Relevance

Section titled “Claiming Death”The Elder One would share with their brethren the concepts of Life and Death - claiming the latter for themself whilst dividing the former amongst their youthful brethren.
The Elder One attained the knowledge of these concepts from the Primordial Titans and instead of forcing each of them to live a limited lifespan - they claimed the entire concept of Death for themselves, ensuring the other Divine Beings would survive.
The Deal
Section titled “The Deal”The Elder One knew that their time on Vaelorys was limited as they made a deal with the Primordial Titans to let their brethren stay long enough to mature before returning - and their payment would be The Elder One’s life and in-turn, protection from the powers of the other Divine Beings should they ever encroach too far.
