Paradisian Coast

Details

The Paridisian Coast is a large, curved, coastal region know for its seafarers, pirates, and shipping exploits. It is ruled and operated by The Kingston Anchor; who are funded by tithes and donations from the Gilmark Family, Tidus Shipping Company, and Royden Corps.

They control the Southern and Eastern coasts of Otheria and share a land border with Terick - with the only travel between them passing through Grandoar’s Gate.

The Coastalyie Rainforest technically falls within it’s borders but is a separate entity outside of that. The River Coil runs due South from the Coastalyie Rainforests - understood to be a continuation of the Lowrun River.

Locations

• Anchortown

  • The capital of the Paradisian Coast and seat of The Kingston Anchor. The city is a cultural melting pot where coin is the native language; even more so than the major port cities.

• Port Gilmark

  • A long standing port on the South western side of the Paradisian Coast. Run by the Gilmark Family.
  • Most shipments to-and-from Kaelethys pass through here; making the family quite rich.

• Port Tidus

  • Operated by the Tidus Shipping Company - this Southern port has made a name for itself by being in prime location for cross equatorial seafarers to make their stop in Otheria.
  • This location also gives them control over the exit of River Coil which they’ve leveraged for delivering landlocked product to the port faster than by terrestrial methods.

• Port Royden

  • Located within Serpent’s Head Cove; this is the largest port city within the Paradisian Coast.
  • The city has a productive daytime and a boisterous nightlife as trade and tourism from Vylderica and broader Vaelorys find their way here.
